⽇本法⼈である FOMALHAUT DESIGN 株式会社は2023年3⽉を⽬処に解散いたします。
⽇本法⼈の社員はドバイ法⼈勤務となり、ドバイとパリにビザを取得して移住いたします。
⽇本法⼈の取締役である⻑⽥桂太（Keita Christopher）は、2023年1⽉よりFOMALHAUT DESIGN L.L.C-FZ がマネジメント業務を⾏い、クリエイティブディレクター、ファッションデザイナー、フォトグラファー、DJなどを中⼼に、クロスオーバーアーティストとして活動いたします。

FOMALHAUT DESIGN to Establish a New Company as it Shifts its Operational Base Overseas
Japan-based creative company, FOMALHAUT DESIGN LIMITED (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Mami Osada) announced that it will newly establish FOMALHAUT DESIGN L.L.C-FZ (Representative: Mami Osada) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, effective January 2023. With the establishment of the new Dubai company, FOMALHAUT DESIGN will be reorganized as follows.
Future structure
Japan-based FOMALHAUT DESIGN LIMITED will be dissolved in or about March 2023.
Employees from the Japanese company will continue working at the new Dubai company, relocating to Dubai and Paris after obtaining a work visa.
From January 2023, Keita Christopher, director of FOMALHAUT DESIGN LIMITED, will work as a crossover artist active in creative direction, fashion design, photography, DJing, and other fields under the management of FOMALHAUT DESIGN L.L.C-FZ.
